Hopefully, this answers your questions.
Where is this conference being held?
This conference is online. You can watch it from anywhere that has enough bandwidth to handle the Zoom App. (P.S., download Zoom in advance)
How do I log into my account?
If you have registered for the summit, you can log in by going to the account login page, which can find in the upper right-hand corner of the page, or, you can click here. Log in with your registered email, and then you’ll have access to all the content on the Replays page if you purchased Forever Access.
I have accessibility needs, can someone help me?
Of course! Just email us through the contact form, and someone will assist you.
What if I cannot afford a ticket?
Nobody will be turned away due to lack of funds. Email us through the contact form and someone will assist you.
What software do I need?
You’ll need Zoom. Download the App for free and make sure you get it set up before the conference if you want to join live.
How will I get to see the talks?
First, make sure you’ve registered and logged in on the site. When the talks are upcoming, an hour or so away, a pink button that says ‘watch here’ will appear at the top of the page. You can click that link to go to the talk.
What time zone are the talks in?
The summit software automatically calibrates the times to be set in Your Local Time Zone, assuming your viewing device is set correctly. (Note: the emails that go out list the talks in Pacific time zone). The Opening Meditation is at 8:30 am Pacific time.
I missed a talk and want to watch it later.
We will post the talks on our YouTube channel as soon as possible. Be sure to subscribe to catch the replays.
I registered for some talks but I can't watch them in the Replay section?
The replays will not be uploaded to the summit website where you see the live-streams. They will be posted to our YouTube channel sometime after the conference. Subscribe to stay up-to-date!
